<br />The purpose of this survey is to replat Parcel 2 of Partition Plat Number 2021-085
<br />as approved by Marion County Notice of Decision for Partition Case Number 21-010.
<br />The Basis of Bearings is the West line of Section 18 as established by found
<br />monuments "A" and "H" as shown on Marion County Survey 20478. Found
<br />monuments and record information from said partition plat were then held for the
<br />boundary as shown hereon. The parcel lines were then set at my client's design.

<br />EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE
<br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System and a
<br />Carlson Survey Data Collector with supplemental hand—written
<br />field survey notes were used in this survey.
<br />EASEMENT NOTE:
<br />A Preliminary title report prepared by Amerititle on November 19, 2021 with
<br />a File Number of 477920AM showed the following easements of record
<br />that are not shown hereon:
<br />7. A underground cable line easement granted to The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph
<br />Company on February 6, 1942 in Volume 268, Page 97, Marion County Deed
<br />Records affects this property. The exact location of the underground lines cannot
<br />accurately be located and is not shown hereon.
<br />8. An easement granted to The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company on
<br />October 26, 1948 in Volume 396, Page 85, Marion County Deed Records
<br />affects this property. The exact location of the easement is not described in
<br />said document and therefore not shown hereon.
<br />11. An utility easement granted to Portland General Electric Company on March 25, 2021
<br />in Reel 4468, Page 88, Marion County Deed Records affects this property. The 10'
<br />wide easement, 5' on each side of a constructed underground utility line is not
<br />shown hereon since it is underground and unable to be located by the surveyor.
