Bearings <br />are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011) EPOCH <br />2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network). This line was also held for the west <br />line of 12th Street SE for this survey. <br />The distances measured between found monuments matched record fairly well per the plat of <br />SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 28-35 YEW PARK ANNEX. There was no evidence found of original <br />monuments from said plat, therefor I utilized the found monuments as such: <br />To determine the north line of the subject property, I held monuments G and E per MCSR <br />28804. To determine the west line of the subject property, I held a line between the calculated <br />position of the southeast corner of Lot 55/southwest corner of Lot 54 and the calculated position of <br />the northeast corner of Lot 20/northwest corner of Lot 21.
