<br />The purpose of this survey is to document the
<br />monumentation of property corners, found and set, to
<br />delineate the property boundaries of land described in
<br />Reel 4503, Page 326, Marion County Deed Records.
<br />Monuments found at positions 2 and 3 were held as the
<br />north line of Dianne Street S,E, Monument found at
<br />position 2 was also held as the southeast boundary
<br />corner, The line between mouments 2 and 3 was extended
<br />westerly the deed distance of 80,00 feet to establish the
<br />southwest boundary corner,
<br />Monuments found at positions 3 and 5 were held as the
<br />west line of Duffield Heights Avenue S.E.
<br />The south line of Ibsen Street was held as parallel to
<br />the south boundary per MCSR 14092, and the centerline of
<br />Ibsen Street was held as 30,00 feet northerly, Calculated
<br />point 6 was held as the intersection of said centerline
<br />and the west line of Duffield Heights Avenue, Calculated
<br />point 7 was held as the deed distance (230,30 feet) west
<br />of calculated point 6, The northeast boundary corner
<br />was held as the intersection point of the south line of
<br />Ibsen Street and the line between found monument at
<br />position 2 and calculated point 7, The northwest
<br />boundary corner was held as on the south line of said
<br />Ibsen Street and 80.00 feet west of the said northeast
<br />boundary corner.
<br />The basis of bearings is the line between found monuments
<br />at positions 2 and 3 per MCSR 14092,
