<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument those tracts of land
<br />described as Parcel 3 and Parcel 4 in Reel 1175, Page 794, Marion
<br />County Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is between
<br />found monuments "A" and "C" as shown on Marion County Survey 1828,
<br />said monuments were also held for the centerline of French Prairie Road
<br />(MR 8). The East line of the subject property was established by found
<br />monuments "F" and "I" which is the East line of the Andre L. LonctainIs
<br />Donation Land Claim as described in said deed and as shown on Marion
<br />County Survey 33626. The Northeast corner was then set at the deed
<br />distance of 898.92 feet Northerly from found monument "H" as described
<br />in said deed. The South line of the subject property was established by
<br />holding found monuments "B" and "H" as shown in Marion County Survey
<br />33626. The North line was set from the Northeast corner with the bearing
<br />of N18aW and intersected with the East right of way of said French Prairie
<br />Road as described in said deed and Marion County Survey 7615. Said
<br />deed calls for their South line to be the centerline of the Champoeg
<br />Road NE (vacated). B. B. Herrick vacated said road on Marion County
<br />Survey 4221. He showed a bearing of S16a38E. This leaves a gap between
<br />the two properties and is beyond the scope of this survey to resolve. The
<br />Northwest parcel was then established by deed calls from above described
<br />Northeast corner.

<br />iGage IG8 RTK GNSS Rover; CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with
<br />supplemental hand-written field survey notes were used in this survey.
