<br />The purpose of this survey is to adjust the property line between those tracts of land described as
<br />parcel 1 and parcel 2 in Reel 4139, Page 173, Marion County Deed Records as approved by Marion
<br />County Planning Case Number PLA 21-036. The basis of bearing for this survey is the North line of
<br />Donation Land Claim No. 46 as established by found monuments "A" and "F" as shown on Marion
<br />County Surveys 22424 and 22425, said monuments were also held for the centerline of Powers Creek
<br />Road Northeast (County Road 775). The South line of said parcels 1 and 2 were established by said
<br />DLC line. Found monuments "E", "H", and "I" were held for the East line and projected southerly to
<br />the intersection with the north line of Donation Land Claim No. 46 to establish the Southeast
<br />corner. The East line was then projected in a northerly direction the record distance of 3615.72'
<br />from the Southeast corner to establish the Northeast corner as shown on Marion County Survey
<br />22425. A point at the deed distance of 277.20' Easterly of the Northwest corner of Donation Land
<br />Claim No. 46, as established by found monument "A", and the record bearing and distance of North
<br />3615.00' was held for the West line and Northwest corner. The adjusted line was then monumented
<br />per my clients design. The resultant deeds for this property line adjusted are recorded in Reel 4560,
<br />Page 373, Marion County Deed Records.
