<br />Purpose:
<br />This survey was performed to partition that property described
<br />in Reel 891 Page 68 of the Marion County Deed Records, as
<br />approved by Marion County's Notice of Decision pertaining to
<br />Partition Case No. 20-012.
<br />Procedure:
<br />The west line was held as found iron rods monumented per
<br />Santiam Springs Estates. The north line was held per found
<br />iron rod set at the northwest corner of the subject property,
<br />noted as the NE corner of Lot 3 of Santiam Springs Estates
<br />set on said plat, together with 5/8" iron rods found per MCSR
<br />34404. The east line was held as found monumented per
<br />MCSR 19559 and the west line of Partition Plat No. 96-6 and
<br />its northerly extension to the highway right—of—way. The
<br />south line was held as the north right of way line of Aumsville
<br />Highway (M.R. 89) per the plat of Maverick Ranch, Partition
<br />Plat No. 96-6, and Santiam Springs Estates.
