The basis of bearings for this survey is <br />between found monuments "A" and "D" as shown on "Arnold Subdivision", <br />Volume 14. Page 12, BOTP, said monuments were also held for the West <br />line of Block 8 of said "Arnold Subdivision". A point 60.00 feet S25'45'00"E <br />from found monument "D" was held for the Northwest corner of Lot 1, <br />Block 8 of said "Arnold Subdivision" as shown on said plat and Marion <br />1 County Survey 11070. Found monuments were held for the original line of <br />the subject property as shown on Marion County Survey 39291.
