<br />The purpose of this survey was to adjust the property line between those
<br />tracts of land described in Reel 4061, Page 463, and Reel 4194, Page 70,
<br />Marion County Deed Records as approved by the City of Keizer Property line
<br />Adjustment Case Number 2021-10. The basis of bearings for this survey is
<br />between found monuments "A" and "D" as shown on "Arnold Subdivision",
<br />Volume 14. Page 12, BOTP, said monuments were also held for the West
<br />line of Block 8 of said "Arnold Subdivision". A point 60.00 feet S25'45'00"E
<br />from found monument "D" was held for the Northwest corner of Lot 1,
<br />Block 8 of said "Arnold Subdivision" as shown on said plat and Marion
<br />1 County Survey 11070. Found monuments were held for the original line of
<br />the subject property as shown on Marion County Survey 39291. The
<br />s 0 adjusted lines were then set at my clients design.
<br />EQUIPMENT AND PRO CED URE
<br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System;
<br />and a CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with
<br />\ /supplemental hand—written field survey notes were used
<br />in this survey.
