Thispartition conforms to the <br />plat phasing process per City of Salem Planning for Case No. Modification of Phased Subdivision Case <br />No. SUB08-05MOD2. The basis of bearings used is along the northwesterly line of Parcel 2, Partition <br />Plat 2019-61 (being along the southeasterly line of said Lot 4), between monument C and monument F. <br />Monuments set in or calls to found monuments thereto in said MILL CREEK CORPORATE CENTER <br />were held for the boundary of the subject property.
