The basis of bearings for this survey is between found monuments "A" and "G" <br />as shown on said plat, said monuments were also held for the East line of the subject <br />property. The centerline of Fanny Way Northeast was established by found monuments "B" and <br />"E" as shown on Marion County Survey 2341. The West line of the subject property was <br />established by offsetting said centerline 25 feet easterly. Found monuments "G" and "F" were <br />held for the South right of way of Longacre Ave. NE. Found monuments "A" and "B" were held <br />for the North right of way of Auburn Rd. NE. The 3 right of ways were then used to compute <br />curves C1 and C2 by holding the record radius of 20'. The South line of said lot 5 was <br />established by holding found monument "D" and a prorated point along said east line between <br />found monuments "A" and "G". The South line of the subject property was established by <br />offsetting said South Lot line of said lot 5 northerly 5 feet. The Northeast corner was <br />established by a prorated prorated distance between found monuments "A" and "G"_ The <br />Northwest corner was then prorated between the point of tangency of curve C1 and found <br />monument "D". The neighbor to the North claims a long standing fence was removed on the <br />North line as shown by fence post holes in the ground as shown on detail "A". It is beyond <br />the scope of the survey to determine any other claims as to where the property line is.
