A PORTION OF LOT 5, BLOCK 1, "BELMONT PARK ESTATES'
VOLUME 31, PAGE 24, BOOK OF TOWN PLATS
LOCATEDIN THE
QUARTERNORTHEAST C ,
TOWNSHIP 7 SOUTH, ,
COUNTY,MARION
OREGON
The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of that tract of land described in
Reel 4424, Page 194, Marion County Deed Records and described as "Lot 5, Block 1, 'Belmont
Park Estates', Marion County, Oregon (Plat Volume 31, Page 24) save and except the Southerly
5 feet thereof. The basis of bearings for this survey is between found monuments "A" and "G"
as shown on said plat, said monuments were also held for the East line of the subject
property. The centerline of Fanny Way Northeast was established by found monuments "B" and
"E" as shown on Marion County Survey 2341. The West line of the subject property was
established by offsetting said centerline 25 feet easterly. Found monuments "G" and "F" were
held for the South right of way of Longacre Ave. NE. Found monuments "A" and "B" were held
for the North right of way of Auburn Rd. NE. The 3 right of ways were then used to compute
curves C1 and C2 by holding the record radius of 20'. The South line of said lot 5 was
established by holding found monument "D" and a prorated point along said east line between
found monuments "A" and "G". The South line of the subject property was established by
offsetting said South Lot line of said lot 5 northerly 5 feet. The Northeast corner was
established by a prorated prorated distance between found monuments "A" and "G"_ The
Northwest corner was then prorated between the point of tangency of curve C1 and found
monument "D". The neighbor to the North claims a long standing fence was removed on the
North line as shown by fence post holes in the ground as shown on detail "A". It is beyond
the scope of the survey to determine any other claims as to where the property line is. This
survey is showing the deed description of where the property line is only.
