<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of that tract of
<br />land described in Reel 4219, Page 384, Marion County Deed Records. Found
<br />monuments "A" and "C" and the Westerly extension was held for the South
<br />line of Section 16 and the North line of the subject property. A point the
<br />record distance of 169.62 West of found monument "A" as shown on Marion
<br />county survey 5643 and a point at record distance from found monument
<br />"L" as shown on Marion county survey 2458 were held for the centerline of
<br />Mount Angel Highway North of Nusom Rd. There were no monuments and
<br />very little information except for asbuilt information from Marion county
<br />survey 1878 which did not contain enough information to accurately locate
<br />the right of way South of Nusom Rd. so the as traveled centerline was
<br />then used to calculate the West right of way South of Nusom Rd. Found
<br />monuments and record information from Marion county survey 2458 were
<br />used for the centerline and right of way of Nusom Rd. as shown hereon.
<br />The record distance of 524.70 feet Southwesterly of the intersection with
<br />the South line of section 16 and the centerline of Mt. Angel highway was
<br />used to calculate the most Easterly corner. Found monuments "D" and a
<br />point at the calculated record distance from found monument "K" were held
<br />for the West line of Reel 3755, Page 238, MCDR and the Southeast corner
<br />was set at the record distance of 495.66' Southerly of found monument
<br />"D". The record distance of 620.40' from found monument "D" was held for
<br />the Northwest corner. The Northwest corner and a point at the record
<br />distance of 934.54' Westerly from found monument "K" were held for the
<br />West line North of Nusom Rd. The position of the stone shown on MCSR
<br />5643 was then calculated at the record distance of 1.37 chains Westerly
<br />from the intersection of the West line with the centerline of Nusom Rd. The
<br />beginning point of Reel 3912, Page 150, MCDR was established by the deed
<br />distance of 1.00 chains East of said stone. The bearings and distances
<br />from said deed were then used to calculate the location of the West corner
<br />at the intersection of Nusom Rd. The center of Abiquia creek was then held
<br />for the South line.

<br />The basis of bearings for this survey is the North line of Section 21
<br />as established by found monuments "A" and "C" per Oregon
<br />Coordinate Reference System (OCRS) Salem Zone using the Oregon
<br />Real -Time GNSS Network (ORGN). Bearings are based on OCRS
<br />Salem Zone-NAD83 (2001) Epoch 2010.00.
