The Basis of Bearings used for this survey is between monuments B and <br />A, the line being held as North 40°37'12" East per OCRS Salem. Bearings are based on <br />OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011) EPOCH <br />2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network). This line was also held for <br />the original line between said Parcel I and Parcel III. To determine the north line of the <br />subject property, I held monuments C and D for the north line of Otter Lane NE and offset <br />said line 25' to the South per deed. I held monuments F, B and D for the west line of the <br />subject property per MCSR 28389 and MCSR 30805. To determine the south line of the <br />subject property, I held monument F and prorated the data from MCSR 28389 between said <br />monument F and a point 1.33 feet Southeasterly of monument E per said survey. To <br />56`1C determine the alignment of the county road, I held the record station and offset at <br />monument C and held record offset at monument E from the centerline of the county road <br />SSP <br />CO `ti per MCSR 34663.
