<br />The purpose of this survey is to document the
<br />monumentation of property corners, found and set, to
<br />delineate the property boundary of land described in Reel
<br />4402, Page 243, Marion County Deed Records.
<br />Monuments found at positions 1 and 2 were held as the
<br />east line of Liberty Street N,E,, also being the west line
<br />of the boundary, Monument found at position 4 was held
<br />as the northeast boundary corner,
<br />The distance measured between found monuments at
<br />position 1 and 2 exceeded the record distance by 0.40
<br />feet, This excess distance was apportioned mathematically
<br />to all lots within the block (Lots 8-12).
<br />The south line of the boundary, by deed record (Reel
<br />4402, Page 243) is located 3,85 feet northerly of the
<br />south line of Lot 11, Block 2 of River Side Addition to the
<br />City of Salem,
<br />The basis of bearings is the line between found monuments
<br />at positions 1 and 2 which is interpreted as north from
<br />the plat of "River Side Addition to Salem, Oregon",
