<br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between those properties
<br />described in Reel 4274, Page 417, and Reel 3257, Page 194, Marion County Deed Records, per
<br />City of Salem Property Line Adjustment Case No. 21-23. The Basis of Bearings used for this survey
<br />is between monuments D along the east edge of the alley through Block 18, the line being held as
<br />South 02026'41 West per OCRS Salem. Bearings are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate
<br />Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011) EPOCH 2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real
<br />Time GNSS Network). The boundary of the subject property was determined as follows:
<br />The north line of Block 18 was determined by holding monument C and record street width
<br />Southerly of monument A. The west line of Block 18 was determined by holding monument A and E.
<br />The south line of Block 18 was determined by holding monument E and record distance along the
<br />east line of Block 18 per MCSR 38549. The east line of the west half of Block 18 was determined by
<br />holding the concrete improvement in the alley, which fit well with record monuments found along the
<br />alley (with exception of monument H).
<br />Property "A" was created along with the two other tracts within Lots 7, 8 and 9 as shown in
<br />MCSR 12690. The overall block dimensions per this survey agree fairly well with those shown in
<br />MCSR 12690, however in said survey the limits of Lots 7, 8 and 9 were prorated in per block and
<br />didn't consider the use of the physical location of the alley improvement as a monument. By
<br />prorating in said Lots by the half -block as determined, I followed the intentions of the original survey
<br />to lay in the separate tracts within those Lots. -\1
<br />Property "B" was found to have senior rights over those tracts making up the west half of Lots z
<br />100 11 and 12 of Block 18, and therefore per Reel 3257, Page 194, 1 held record distance Westerly LAI
<br />from the northeast corner of Lot 12 and held the west line parallel with the east line of Block 18. An
<br />adjusted line was determined by our client, with proper monuments being set as shown.
