<br />EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE
<br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System and a
<br />Carlson Survey Data Collector with supplemental hand—written
<br />field survey notes were used in this survey.
<br />NARRATIVE
<br />The purpose of this survey is to consolidate Lots 9 and 10, Block I5, "Hammond Addition to
<br />Detroit" and adjust the property line between those tracts of lands described in Reel 3933, Page
<br />56, and Reel 3751, Page 28, Marion County Deed Records as approved by the City of Detroit
<br />Notice of Decision for Property Line Adjustment Case Number 21-07. The Basis of Bearings is
<br />between found monuments "B" and a point 0.26' N84°44'W of found monument "A" as shown on
<br />Marion County Survey 23620. The East right— of—way line of Butte Street, southeasterly of the
<br />angle point, was established by holding a point 40.00 feet Northeasterly from found monument "B"
<br />and a point 10.00 feet Southwesterly of found monument "L" as shown on Marion County Survey
<br />36329 and "PATTON 2ND ADDITION" as recorded in Volume 28, Page 2, Book of Town Plats,
<br />Marion County, Oregon, respectively. The angle point in Butte Street South was established by
<br />holding the record distance northerly from found monument "D" as shown in Marion County Survey
<br />36329 and said plat. The east right of way line of Butte Street, northwesterly of the angle point
<br />was established by holding said angle point and record angle and distance to the southwest
<br />Corner of Lot 8, Block 15, "HAMMOND ADDITION", as recorded in Volume 16, Page 22, Book of
<br />Town Plats, Marion County, Oregon. The southeasterly line of the subject property was established
<br />by holding found monument "K" and the interior angle as shown on Marion County Survey 34628
<br />and projecting said line to the east right—of—way of Butte Street. The Northwesterly line of the
<br />subject property was established by holding found monument "E" and the previously established
<br />southwest corner of said Lot 8. Found monuments "E", "H", "I" and "K" were held for the
<br />boundary as shown hereon. The parcel lines were then set at my client's design.
