<br />NARRATIVE
<br />The purpose of this survey is to monument the southwest
<br />corner of the tract of land described in Reel 4563, Page 318 of
<br />Marion County Deed Records. This description is the result of a
<br />property line adjustment approved by city of Mt. Angel in Case
<br />No. LLA 2021-02, and its associated survey was performed by
<br />William Shull (MCSR 35813). 1 have found all the monuments set
<br />in that survey except for the southwest corner. I have reset the
<br />southwest corner by using the record distances from the
<br />northerly and easterly monuments. I have set monuments as
<br />shown on the map.
