The basis of bearings for this plat is between found monuments "A" and "C" as <br />shown on said "Riverview Park Terraces". Found monument "H" and a point tangent <br />and 60.00 feet S52°3256"E from found monument "l" was held for the Southerly right <br />of way of Dogwood Dr. Found monument "H" was held for the most Westerly corner of <br />Lot 3 of said Block 4. The record distance from found monuments "F", "G", and "H" <br />were held for the Southeast line of said Lots 3 and 4 as shown on said plat.
