<br />NARRATIVE:
<br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between the second and third described tracts in Reel 4113, Page
<br />496, Marion County Deed Records, 'per City of Silverton Property Line Adjustment Case No. LA -21-04. The Basis of Bearings used for
<br />this survey is between monuments Fr and C along the westerly line of the subject property, the line being held as North 22°10'34" West
<br />O
<br />per OCRS Salem. Bearings are based on NAD 83(2011) EPOCH 2010.00, Oregon Coordinate Reference System (OCRS) Salem Zone,
<br />using the ORGN (Oregon Real Tim GNSS Network). This line was held for said westerly line of the subject property. To determine the
<br />northerly line of the subject property (also being the southerly right of way of Oak Street), I first held monuments G and A and record
<br />Z
<br />distance Southwesterly from the cal culated corner at monument B per MCSR 15394 to determine the angle point in the right of way and
<br />then held monument D for the right of way to the Southwest. To determine the easterly line of the subject property, I held a line between
<br />monument B and the calculated position of the southwest corner of Parcel 1, Partition Plat 94-114 as shown, and held record distance
<br />Southeasterly from said calculated position per said partition to determine the angle corner in the boundary of the subject property. I
<br />then held said angle corner and monument E per said Partition Plat 94-114 for the northerly line of the subject property. A property line
<br />adjustment deed was recorded in Reel 4586, Page 482, Marion County Deed Records, and proper monuments were set as shown.
