<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the Northeast and Southeast
<br />corners of Lot 11 of "JOHNISEE ESTATES EAST", as recorded in Volume 33,
<br />Page 11, Book of Town Plats. The basis of bearings for this survey is
<br />between found monuments "G" and "I" as shown on said plat, said
<br />monuments were also held for the West line of the subject property. The
<br />south right-of-way of Johnisee Court was established by holding found
<br />monuments "A" and "E". The center of the cul-de-sac of Johnisee Court
<br />was established by holding a point projected along said south right-of-way
<br />21.46 feet westerly of found monument "E" to the point of curvature of
<br />the cul-de-sac and then offsetting said south right-of-way 25 feet
<br />northerly thence turning an angle 90' northerly and running 20' as shown
<br />on said plat. Since no undisturbed monuments were found along the
<br />cul-de-sac, the long chords of the individual curves along the cul-de-sac
<br />were computed per plat information and then rotated to my measured
<br />centerline bearing and used to establish the individual lot lines. The north
<br />line of said lot was established by holding found monument "I" and a point
<br />along said cul-de-sac from record information from said plat. The south
<br />line of said lot was established by holding found monument "K" and the
<br />record calculated point along said cul-de-sac.

<br />hand-written field survey notes were used in this survey.
