<br />The purpose of this survey is to locate and mark with proper monuments the property line
<br />adjustment between those properties described in Volume 554, Page 478 and Volume 603,
<br />Page 718, Marion County Deed Records, as approved in City of Salem property line
<br />adjustment case No. LLA03-38. The resultant deed was recorded in Reel 2260, Page 459,
<br />Marion County Deed Records, on January 12, 2004, and this survey is to complete the
<br />statutory requirements per ORS 92. The Basis of Bearings used for this survey is between
<br />monuments G and B, the line being held as North 00°37'41" West per OCRS Salem. Bearings
<br />are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011)
<br />EPOCH 2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network). The south right of way
<br />of Center Street was determined by holding a line 30' Southerly from D.L.C. corners A and E,
<br />with the dedication in Reel 1606, Page 654 being excepted out. I held monuments B and G for
<br />the west line of the subject property per MCSR 16540. 1 held monuments G and F for the south
<br />line of the subject property per MCSR 23136. 1 held monuments D and I for the east line of the
<br />subject property, which results in the southeast corner of the subject property matching record
<br />distance Easterly from monument F per MCSR 23136.
