<br />monuments the lands represented on the attached map, situated in the
<br />southeast one-quarter of Section 25, Township 9 South, Range 3 East of the
<br />Willamette Meridian, Marion County, Oregon, being described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Initial Point of this partition plat, said point being marked by a
<br />5/8 -inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap stamped "WILSON PLS 2687" set
<br />at the southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 3, MINTO, as platted and recorded in
<br />Volume 3, Page 13, Book of Town Plats for Marion County, Oregon, said
<br />point being on the northerly right of way of Railroad Avenue (County Road
<br />971), said point being North 67015'00" West 200.00 feet from a 1 -inch iron
<br />pipe marking the southeast corner of said Block 3; and running thence:
<br />North 67" 1600" West 130.00 feet along said northerly right of way to a like iron
<br />rod at the centerline of the vacated "C" Street, said street vacated pursuant to
<br />the Order dated September 8, 1992 in Clerk's File 1922-R, by Marion County
<br />Board of Commissions for Marion County, Oregon;
<br />thence North 22045'00" East 289.97 feet along said centerline and the
<br />northeasterly extension thereof to a like iron rod on the northerly line of the
<br />aforementioned plat of MINTO;
<br />thence South 67014'25" East 130.00 feet along said northerly line to a like iron
<br />rod on the northeasterly extension of the east line of Lot 5 of said Block 3,
<br />MINTO;
<br />thence South 22'45'00" West 289.95 feet along said northeasterly extension and
<br />the east line of said Lot 5 and the east line of the aforementioned Lot 8 of
<br />Block 3 to the Point of Beginning, containing 37,695 square feet of land, more
<br />or less.
