NARRATIVE
<br />The ORIGINAL purpose of this survey was to partition my dient's property per City of Mill City
<br />Notice of Decision File No. 2021-09. During the process, my dient decided to cancel the partitioning and
<br />just record a survey of the boundary. This property was conveyed to my dient per Reel 4560, Page 412
<br />in November, 2021. This document describes two parcels that are contiguous but on different Basis of
<br />Bearings. I oriented this survey to MCSR 12123, the Highway 22 right-of-way line, finding monuments
<br />(A), (B), (C) and (D) to line up nicely. This survey has the same Basis of Bearings as the deed Parcel 1.
<br />My measured distances were a little short of those shown on MCSR 12123 but were within reason.
<br />I held the positions of all of the monuments tied on this survey. I held the record angle and distance
<br />from MCSR 33358 to create position (J), from (G), (D) and (F) as shown. Position (J) fit to monument
<br />(H) as measured on MCSR 39322.
<br />The pipe at (E) fit the bearing from (B) nicely. I held the record bearing from (E), S 60W, and
<br />intersected the North RIW line of NE Alder. This position fit the distance to (F) very nicely as shown on
<br />MCSR 12123. For the East and West lines of the deeded Parcel 1, as shown on MCSR 12123, I hell the
<br />record parallel bearing of S 6°W from (A) and from (B). The SE and SW comers falling on the North
<br />RM/ line of NE Alder St I cak elated the Northwest property comer (I) at the bearing -bearing
<br />intersection from (A) and (E) as shown. Then I cakvlated the deeded Parcel 2 description from (E) and
<br />rotated it to fit the called 11.00 feet from the deeded Parcel 1 Southeast comer.
