<br />This survey is based on the client's deed, and then primarily on a May 26, 1951 survey
<br />by David Bates CS (13060), and also on surveys by Surras (CS 4044), Solberg (CS 18772),
<br />Kirscher (CS 22166), Shull (Nov. 5, 1987), and the County Survey of Road No. 761.
<br />All exterior corners of the subject property had been previously monumented. I judged
<br />the found monuments to be adequately placed, and held them for control.. To set the new
<br />right of way markers, I intersected the monumented property lines with the road line as
<br />evidenced by the County's centerline monuments.
