<br />This survey was made to set monuments for the west line of the tract of land
<br />described in Reel 1621, Page 188, and to find or set the reentrant corner in
<br />the west line of the tract of land described in Reel 2708, Page 128. The
<br />reentrant corner monument was found in very bad condition, but still in its
<br />original place. A new monument was set in place of the old one. The west
<br />line of the tract of land described in Reel 1621, Page 188, had not been
<br />previously marked with monuments. This line was the result of a property
<br />line adjustment approved by Marion County. In the Notice of Decision, no
<br />survey was required. This was despite the fact that state law required
<br />monuments to be placed. This survey will serve as compliance with the state
<br />law. The line was marked according to the deed description, using distances
<br />where there were inconsistencies. Because there was no prior survey, the deed
<br />description was controlling. Monuments were set as shown.
