<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the Northwest corner of
<br />that unit of land described in Reel 4466, Page 236, Marion County
<br />Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is between found
<br />monuments "A" and "E" as shown on "PETERMAN ESTATES", as
<br />recorded in Volume 45, Page 143, Book of Town Plats, said
<br />monuments were also held for the East line of Block 3 "MAP OF
<br />MOUNT ANGEL", as recorded in Volume 3, Page 69, Book of Town
<br />Plats. The West line of said Block 3 was established by holding found
<br />monuments "H" and "F" as shown on said "PETERMAN ESTATES". The
<br />south right of way line of Marion Street was established by holding
<br />found monuments "E" and a point 1 foot northerly of found monument
<br />"F" as shown on on said "PETERMAN ESTATES". The South line of the
<br />subject property was established by holding found monuments "C" and
<br />"G" as shown on Marion County Survey 36642. Found monument "B"
<br />was held for the northeast corner of Lot 5. The northwest corner of
<br />Lot 8 was established at the deed distance of 37' northerly of found
<br />monument "G" as described in said deed. This resulted in a distance
<br />of within 0.01' to found monument "H" as shown on "MAP OF MOUNT
<br />ANGEL".

<br />A LEICA TCRA1103 PLUS Electronic Total Station Survey
<br />System; CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with
<br />supplemental hand—written field survey notes were used
<br />in this survey.
