<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the Southwest and Southeast
<br />corners of that tract of land described as the North one half of a larger
<br />unit of real property as described in Reel 3997, Page 91, Marion County
<br />Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is between found
<br />monuments "A" and "C" as shown on Marion County Survey 37542. The
<br />West line of the subject property was established by found monument "C"
<br />and "F" as shown on said survey. The east line of the subject property and
<br />the centerline of 48th Ave. was established by holding the record distance,
<br />calculated from Marion County Survey 37542, of 116.66' westerly of found
<br />monument "A" on line between found monuments "A" and "C" and a point
<br />30.00' easterly of found monument "G". The north line of the subject
<br />property was established by holding found monuments "E" and "H". The
<br />south line of the tract was held at halfway between found monuments "G
<br />and "H" and parallel to found monuments "F" and "G" as described in said
<br />deed.
