<br />The purpose of this survey was to eliminate the lot line between Lots 1 and 2 of
<br />Block 11 of Highland Avenue Addition on that tract of land described in Reel 2797,
<br />Page 95, Marion County Deed Records, said tract being described as Lots 1 and 2,
<br />Block 11, Highland addition, save and except the South 10 feet of said Lot 2 and
<br />the area lying within the railroad right—of—way as approved by City of Salem PLA
<br />case no. 21-26. The basis of bearings for this survey is between found monuments
<br />"A" and "D", said monuments were also held for the south right—of—way of Spruce
<br />St. NE. and the north line of said block 11 as shown on said plat. Found
<br />monuments "E" and "I" were held for the east right—of—way of Maple Ave. NE and
<br />offset 66' westerly to establish the west right—of—way and the east line of said
<br />block 11. Found monuments "E" and "F" were held for the South right of way of
<br />Highland Ave. NE and offset 66' northerly for the north right—of—way of Highland
<br />Ave. NE and south line of said Block 11. The northeast corner of Lot 1 block 11 was
<br />established at the intersection of the north line and east line of said block 11.
<br />Found monuments "F" and "G" were held for the west line of Lots 1-7. The
<br />southwest corner of Lot 7, block 11 was established at the intersection of the west
<br />line of lots 1-7 and the south line of block 11. Lots 1-7, block 11 were calculated
<br />at a prorated distance between the northwest corner of lot 1 and the southwest
<br />corner of lot 7. The east corners of Lots 1-7 were established by a prorated
<br />distance between the calculated northeast corner of Lot 1 and the intersection of
<br />the East line and South line of said Block 11. The South line was then established
<br />10' northerly of the south line of Lot 2. The location of the BNSF Railway was from
<br />field ties to the as traveled centerline of the tracks.

<br />CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with supplemental
<br />hand—written field survey notes were used in this survey.
