<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the Northwest, Northeast,
<br />Southeast, and Southwest corners of that property described in Reel 533,
<br />Page 171, Marion County Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this
<br />survey is between found monuments "A" and "C" as being N75°02'01 "W per
<br />ORCS, Salem zone, said monuments were also held for the South line of
<br />the Amable Petit Donation Land Claim and south line of the subject
<br />property. The bearings are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference
<br />System) Salem zone-NAD83(2011) Epoch 2010.00 using ORGN (Oregon Real
<br />Time GNSS Network). The East line of the subject property and the
<br />centerline of Allinson Road Northeast (County Road 433) was established by
<br />found monuments "B" and "E" as shown on Marion County Survey Record
<br />34563. The North line of the subject property was established by holding a
<br />point at record deed distance north along said east line and a bearing
<br />parallel to said south line as shown in said deed. The West line was
<br />established by holding a point that is record deed distance from the end of
<br />said centerline of said road and a bearing parallel to said east line as
<br />shown in said deed.
