<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the East line of that real property described in Reel 4527,
<br />Page 174, Marion County Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is between found
<br />monuments "F" and "G" as shown on Marion County Survey 26913. Found monuments "E", "F", and "G"
<br />were held for the north line of the subject property as shown on Marion County Survey 26913. Found
<br />monument "G" and a point at the record distance of 290.40' southerly of found monument "H" were
<br />held for the bearing of the north line east of found monument "G". The record distance of 60.03'
<br />northeasterly of found monument "G" was used to establish the northeast corner. The east line was held
<br />parallel to the line formed by found monuments "G" and "H" as shown on Marion County Survey 27700A.
<br />The existing centerline of Silver Falls Highway was offset 30' northerly to calculate the north right of
<br />way. The record distance of -4-9.z35-- northwesterly of found monument J was used to calculate the
<br />point of curvature of C1 as shown on Marion County Survey 22374. Record curve information was used
<br />to calculate the curve and the tangent out.
