NARRA TIVE
<br />The purpose of this survey was to locate the corners of that property
<br />described in Reel 3828, Page 233, Marion County deed records, as better
<br />described as Lots 4 and 5 save and except a portion of Lot 5, Block 3,
<br />Riverview Park Terraces. The basis of bearings for this survey is between
<br />found monuments "A" and "C" as shown on Marion County Survey 33901.
<br />Found monuments "A" and "K" were held for the North line of Lots 5 and
<br />6 and said monuments were used to prorate the northeast corner of Lot 6.
<br />The northwest corner was set at the deed distance of 40' easterly from the
<br />northeast corner of Lot 6. Found monuments "C" and "E" were held for the
<br />south right-of-way of Dogwood Drive and offset 30' northerly to establish
<br />the centerline and tangent entering the curve. Found monuments "F", "G"
<br />and a point 2.09' N00°4832"W from found monument "F" were held for to
<br />establish the curve on the south right-of-way of Dogwood Drive as shown
<br />on Marion county survey 39508, said curve was then offset 30' northerly to
<br />establish the centerline. Found monument 1 and a point tangent to said
<br />curve was used for the tangent leaving said curve. The two tangents were
<br />then used to calculate the beginning and end of said curve. Found
<br />monument "B" and the point of curvature were used to prorate the
<br />southeast corner of Lot 6. The deed distance of 36.5' easterly of said
<br />southeast corner was used to establish the southwest corner of the subject
<br />property. The point of tangency was used for the southeast corner of the
<br />subject property as shown on said plat.

<br />CARLSON SURVEY Data Collector with supplemental
<br />hand-written field survey notes were used in this survey.
