The purpose of this survey was to monument the Northwest and Southeast
corners of that tract of land described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 13
HAMMOND ADDITION to Detroit in Reel 1430, Page 384, Marion County Deed
Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is between found monuments
"C" and "D" as shown on "HAMMOND ADDITION TO DETROIT", as recorded in
Volume 16, Page 22, Marion County Book of Town Plats, said monuments
were also held for the Easterly right—of—way of North Boulder Street. The
Northwest corner was then set at a prorated distance along said
right—of—way between found monuments "C" and "D". The East line of the
subject property was established by found monuments "E" and "H". The
-.
Southeast corner was then set at a prorated distance along said East line.
Found monument "F" was obviously disturbed and was not held. The
northwest corner of Lot 3 fell in a gravel driveway. It is beyond the scope
3
of this survey to determine if any rights exist due to the driveway.
