<br />illustrated partition plat, the outside boundary described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the initial corner of this partition plat, said point being marked
<br />by a 1/2 inch iron pipe at the southwest corner of Lot 10, Pioneer Heights
<br />as recorded in Book 14, Page 11, of Marion County Book of Town Plats, City
<br />of Salem, Marion County, Oregon;
<br />thence N00*00'00"E along the west line of said Pioneer Heights 100.00 feet
<br />to the northwest corner of said Lot 10;
<br />thence N89°09'34"E along the north line of said Lot 10 a distance of 254,13
<br />feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 10, said point also being on the
