<br />To determine the north and east line of the subject property, I held the Northerly monument D and monuments C and I per
<br />MCSR 30437. To determine the south line of the subject property (also being the south line of Lot 13, HELTZEL'S GARDEN
<br />TRACTS), I held monuments H and G per MCSR 36769. The courses along the interior west line of the subject property was
<br />determined by holding the two Southerly East-West lines parallel with the south line of the subject property and the Northerly two
<br />East-West lines parallel with Weathers Street NE per MCSR 30437, anchored on monument D (Southerly) and monument E.
<br />The Southerly -most southwest comer of the subject property was determined by holding record distance Easterly from the east
<br />right of way of Lancaster Drive per MCSR 30437. The angle comers North of said comer were determined by holding record
<br />deed distance Easterly from said right of way of Lancaster Drive and record survey distance Easterly per MCSR 30437.
