In the previously approved property line adjustment (Case <br />No. 95-31, January 22, 1996), the transferred property was never consolidated with <br />N the original property owned by the City of Jefferson and it is the intention of this <br />�•, current case to complete said consolidation. <br />t_ <br />o The basis of bearings used was along the west line of the subject property between <br />o monuments A and H (at the northeast comer of Parcel 1, Partition Plat 2015-26), <br />o the line being held as North 00019'OT' West per OCRS Salem. Bearings are based <br />0 on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83 (2011) <br />U) <br />EPOCH 2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network). I held said <br />co monuments and monument D to determine the west line of the subject property. I <br />N held the Barker monuments B per MCSR 34005 to determine the north and east <br />M lines of the subject property and monument C for the most southerly southwest <br />W comer of Reel 1352, Page 449. 1 held monuments D and E for the current <br />centerline of County Road 925 as shown in MCSR 2666, with the south line of said <br />io Reel 1352, Page 449 being held 20 feet Northerly of said centerline.
