THE <br />PROPERTY TO BE PARTITIONED CONSISTS OF THE JAMES MURREY DLC (DONATION <br />LAND CLAIM) NO.45. <br />THE NORTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST DLC CORNERS ARE MARKED BY COUNTY <br />MONUMENTS AS SHOWN HEREON AND ARE HELD. I COMPUTED THE SOUTHEAST DLC <br />CORNER BY EXTENDING THE LINE BETWEEN THE COUNTY MONUMENT HELD FOR THE <br />SOUTHWEST DLC CORNER AND HOLDING THE DISTANCE OF 2042.30 FEET EAST OF <br />THE FOUND MONUMENT #125 PER MCSR (MARION COUNTY SURVEY RECORD) 18214. <br />SAID SURVEY SET AN IRON PIPE AT THAT POSITION TO MARK THE SE DLC CORNER. <br />I FOUND NO RECORD FOR THE NORTHWEST DLC CORNER, AND A SEARCH OF THE <br />AREA TURNED UP NO MONUMENT. I THEREFORE HELD THE FENCE CORNER #10138 TO <br />CONTROL THE WEST DLC LINE, AND I HELD THE FOUND IRON ROD #110, SET IN MCSR <br />28952, TO CONTROL THE NORTH DLC LINE. THIS RESOLUTION IS CONSISTENT WITH <br />LONGSTANDING OCCUPATION MARKED BY THE FENCES SHOWN. THE WEST LINE OF <br />PARCEL 2 IS PLATTED HEREON IN EXCESS OF 25 FEET EAST OF THE ESTABLISHED <br />WEST DLC LINE TO ALLOW FOR ACCESS AND FOR FUTURE REESTABLISHMENT OF THE <br />NORTHWEST DLC CORNER BY MARION COUNTY.
