<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the Northwest and Northeast
<br />corners of that tract of land described in Reel 4136, Page 438, Marion
<br />County Deed Records, said property being described Lot 3 of "Shrake
<br />Addition, Volume 19, Page 5, Book of Town Plats, Marion County, Oregon
<br />save and except the northerly 58.00 feet. The basis of bearings for this
<br />survey is between found monuments "B" and "E" as shown on "Shrake
<br />Addition", said monuments were also held for the north right—of—way of
<br />Sylvia Street. Found monuments "D" and "G" were held for the west line of
<br />said Lot 3 as shown on said plat. Found monuments "A" and "F" were held
<br />for the North line of said "Shrake Addition" as shown on said plat. The
<br />east line of said Lot 3 was established by holding found monument "F" and
<br />a prorated distance along the north right—of—way between found
<br />monuments "D" and "E". The north line of the subject property was then
<br />set at the deed distance of 58.00 feet south of the north line along the
<br />east and west lines of said Lot 3 as described in Reel 3228, Page 368,
<br />Marion County Deed Records.
