I have evaluated test pits at the above referenced property for the purpose <br /> ADMINISTRATION of your major repair application, my findings are below: <br /> BUILDING Approved Area & System Type <br /> INSPECTION Soil test pits and other site features were evaluated during the site visit on <br /> October 8, 2021. Conditions observed during this site evaluation indicate <br /> EMERGENCY that the area around the evaluated test holes is capable of supporting a <br /> MANAGEMENT standard septic system for this major repair. Please see attached field <br /> ENGINEERING notes and map for approval details. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL This repair approval is for a system designed to serve a single family <br /> SERVICES dwelling with a maximum of 4 bedrooms. Peak sewage flow into the <br /> system is limited to a maximum of 450 gallons per day, with an average <br /> OPERATIONS sewage flow of not more than 225 gallons per day. Premature failure of <br /> PARKS the treatment system may occur if either of these flow quantities is <br /> exceeded. If, for some reason, you expect your domestic household water <br /> PLANNING use may exceed these flows, it is advisable to increase the size of the <br /> treatment system.
