Conditions observed during this site evaluation indicate that the area
around the evaluated test holes is capable of supporting a standard septic
ENGINEERING system for this major repair, and 375 linear ft of drainline will need to be installed
at a depth 18-26 inches equal distribution, which may require the use of a
ENVIRONMENTAL hydrosplitter. The existing trees must be removed in the
area of the proposed system or the lines must be installed in between the rows.
OPERATIONS Please see attached field notes and map for conditional approval details.
PARKS This repair site approval is for a system designed to serve a single family dwelling
with a maximum of 2 bedrooms. Peak sewage flow into the system is limited to a
PLANNING maximum of 450 gallons per day, with an average sewage flow of not more than
225 gallons per day.
