MCSR 39652 <br />,V, <br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the corners of that property <br />described in Reel 2256, Page 114, Marion County Deed Records, said <br />property being described as Lot 17 "Glendale Park", Volume 17, Page 19, <br />BOTP save and except the northerly 2.1 feet thereof. The basis of bearings <br />for this survey is between found monuments "A" and "G" as shown .on said <br />plat, said monuments were also held for the North line of said plat. The <br />northwest and northeast corners were calculated at a prorated distance <br />between found monuments "A" and "G". Found monument "D" was held for <br />the southwest corner. Found monument "E" was held as being 9.00' west of <br />the southwest corner of Lot 13. The southeast corner was then established <br />at a prorated distance between found monument "D" and the southwest <br />corner of Lot 13.
