The property is described as the East half of Lots <br />14 and 15, "SUNNYSIDE FRUIT FARMS NO. 8". Marion County Survey <br />Record 32922 surveyed the property in 1992. The basis of bearings for <br />this survey is between found monuments "D" and "A" as shown on <br />Marion County Survey Record 32922, said monuments were also held for <br />the north line of said Lot 15. The centerline of Devon Avenue was <br />established by holding found monument "A" and a 20 foot easterly <br />offset from found monument "G" as shown on said survey. The <br />southwest corner was supposed to be a 5/8" iron rod but we found a <br />iron pipe at that approximate location. This was not held since the <br />origin was unknown and was 0.49' from the corner that was calculated <br />half way between the southwest and southeast corners of said Lot 14 <br />as described in said deed.
