The Basis of Bearings is the South <br />Fine of the subject property as established by found monuments "I" and "C" as <br />shown on Marion County Survey Record 32361. The west line was established by <br />holding found monuments "G" and "H" as shown in said survey. The east lie was <br />established by holding found monuments "D" and "K". The north line was <br />established by holding found monument "K" and a point projected 20.00 feet <br />northerly of found monument "H" as shown on Marion County Survey 32361.
