I, Troy E. Petersen, being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon, do hereby certify that I have surveyed and marked with proper monuments the land shown in the partition plat hereon, the exterior boundary thereof being described as follows: Beginning at the initial point of this partition plat, said point being a 5/8" iron rod with yellow plastic cap, said rod being South 00°3551 " East 1741.74 feet and 561.39 feet South 89°54'00" West of the Southwest corner of the Peter Cox Donation Land Claim Number 44; thence South 89'54'00" West 780.70 feet; thence North 00®3557" West 1062.46 feet; thence North 81°56'32" East 787.83 feet; thence South 00°34'30" East 1171.53 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 20.02 acres of land, more or less. NARRATIVE The purpose of this survey is to partition that property described in Reel 1711, Page 38, Marion County Deed Records as approved by Marion County Notice of Decision for Partition Case Number 21-014. The Basis of Bearings is the South Fine of the subject property as established by found monuments "I" and "C" as shown on Marion County Survey Record 32361. The west line was established by holding found monuments "G" and "H" as shown in said survey. The east lie was established by holding found monuments "D" and "K". The north line was established by holding found monument "K" and a point projected 20.00 feet northerly of found monument "H" as shown on Marion County Survey 32361. The parcel lines were then set at my client's design.
