SHEET 1 OF I
The purpose of this survey is to locate and mark with proper monuments the boundaries of those
properties described as Parcels I and 11 in Reel 4136, Page 207, Marion County Deed Records. The
Basis of Bearings used for this survey is between monuments D and C, the 'tine being held as South
52'50'33" West per OCRS Salem. Bearings are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference
System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011) EPOCH 2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real.Time GNSS
Network). The boundary of the subject property was determined as follows:
Southwesterly Line - I held monuments A and C as defined in MCSR 17989.
ort easterly Line (southwesterly right of way of Welch Street) - I held the bolts C and D per MCSR
17384 and record distance Northeasterly from monument C per MCSR 'Al 926*11 along the northwesterly
right of way of West Main Street to define the intersection with Welch Street and held monuments E
and A per MCSR 32883 and record distance Northeasterly from monument A per MCSR 19261 along
the southeaster
ly right ofwayof Cherry Street to define the intersection with Welch Street. This
determined alignment of Welch Street agrees with the position of the iron bar G and record survey
distance Southwesterly from monument D per MCSR 11041.
Northwesterly Line - I held record deed distance Southeasterly from the southeasterly right of way of
Cherry Street per Reel 4128, Page 187,
L 1 Marion County Deed Records.
Common Line Between "Parcel I" and "Parcel If" - I held record deed distance Southeasterly from the
determined northwesterly line per the aforementioned Reel 4136, Page 207. The location of this line
matches the record deed distance Southeasterly from
Cherry Street as shown to describe the
southeasterly line of the Welch Tract In Volume 104, Page 180, Marion County Deed Records.
Southeasterly Line - I held record deed distance Southeasterly along Welch Street from the determined
most Easterly corner of "Parcel 11" to determine the most Easterly corner of the subject property. To
determine the most Southerly corner of the subject property, I held found monument B, as it fits record
distance well from monument C as shown in MCSR 19261.
