M.CSR 39689 <br />NARRATIVE: <br />0-\2 <br />00g <br />� 0 <br />00 �g9 <br />0o, <br />ro (0- bc <br />2112bc <br />O <br />GRAPHIC <br />( IN FEET ) <br />1 inch = 30 <br />DATE OF SURVEY. <br />JULY 1, 2022 <br />The purpose of this survey is to monument a property line adjustment between <br />ownerships recorded in Reel 3004, Page 4 and Reel 1085, Page 269 of the Marion <br />County Deed Records, which was approved by the City of Keizer, Planning Dept. Property <br />Line Adjustment Case No. 2022-02. <br />V06 The base bearing was established using the two 1/2—inch iron rods with yellow <br />plastic caps set on MCSR 29279 and the original 1—inch iron pipe set at the <br />southeasterly corner of Lot 5, Block 4 of Arnold Subdivision, all of which are on the <br />easterly I-ine of Block 4, Arnold Subdivision, and common with the -westerly <br />right—of—way line of Pleasant View Drive. <br />tJ1 The boundary of the original configuration of Property A, was established <br />Y using the three found, and held as shown, 1/2—inch iron rods with yellow <br />plastic caps set on MCSR 29279 at the northwest, northeast and southeast <br />rlX corners, and the found, and held as shown, 5/8 inch iron rod, of <br />C unknown origin, shown as found on MCSR 29279, at the southwest corner. <br />,+ The south line of Property B, is defined by the conveying deed, Reel <br />!-'►. 1085, Page 269, as being 82.6 feet northerly, along the west deed line, <br />from the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 4, Arnold Subdivision and then <br />running easterly parallel with the south line of said Lot 5, 400 feet to <br />the east Lot line. I held the two 1—inch iron pipes found, as shown, at <br />the south corners of Lot 5 and established the parallel line as <br />defined in the deed. <br />DWN �J'� The adjusted property line was established as requested by the <br />0.2' <A� Y owner of Property A, and as approved by the City of Keizer, parallel <br />y r% with the westerly line of Lot 4 and at a distance of 90 feet <br />easterly of said west line.
