<br />The purpose of this survey was to monument the Southeast and most
<br />Easterly corners of that property described in Reel 4029, Page 207, Marion
<br />County Deed Records. The basis of bearings for this survey is the West
<br />property line of the subject property as established by found monuments
<br />"C" and "I" as shown on Marion County Survey Record 13086. The North
<br />line of the subject property was established by found monuments "A" and
<br />"K" as shown on Marion County Survey Record 9967. The centerline of Old
<br />Liberty Road was established by holding found monuments "L" and "H" for
<br />the tangent in and found monuments "E" and "F" for the tangent out of
<br />the curve. A 12' centerline curve was held to establish the curve as shown
<br />on Marion County Survey 2323, this resulted in a minor discrepancy of the
<br />location of the start and end of the curve compared to said survey. The
<br />north right—of—way line of Cole Road South was established by holding
<br />found monuments "B" and "C" and offsetting the right—of—way 25'
<br />Southerly to establish the centerline of said Cole Road South as shown on
<br />Marion County Survey 10951. The Southeast line was established by holding
<br />found monument "H" and projecting a point on said centerline Easterly
<br />99.37 feet from the Southwest corner as shown on Marion County Survey
<br />Record 13086.
