Petersen, being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon, <br />do hereby certify that I have surveyed and marked with proper monuments the <br />land shown in the partition plat hereon, the exterior boundary thereof being <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 3, block 6, "MEADOWNLAWN TRACT" as recorded in Volume 13, Page 19, <br />Book of Town Plats for Marion County, Oregon, the Initial point being a 3/4 <br />inch iron pipe at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3 and containing 21,789 <br />square feet of land, more or less. <br />LAND MARKERS SURVEYING <br />Troy E."Petersen <br />Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 <br />The purpose of this survey is to partition that tract of land described in Reel 4078, Page 481, <br />Marion County Deed Records as approved by Marion County Notice of Decision for Partition Case <br />Number 18-018, said tract being described as Lot 3, Block 6, "Meadowlawn Tracts". The Basis of <br />Bearings is the South right of way of Glenwood Dr. as established by found monuments "C" and <br />"G" as shown on Partition Plat No. 98-016. Found monuments "A", "B", and "C" were held for <br />the Southwest, Southeast, and Northeast corners as shown hereon. The Northwest corner was then <br />set at a prorated distance between found monuments "C" and " F". This resolution checked very <br />closely to the original plat distances. Found monument "D" is no longer in its original location as <br />determined by my previous partition plat and was therefore not held for the Northwest corner.
