<br />depose and say that I did accurately survey and mark with proper monuments the land
<br />represented on the attached map, being situated in the northeast one -quarter of Section
<br />18 and the southeast one -quarter of Section 7 and the southwest one -quarter of Section
<br />8, Township 8 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian, in the City of Salem,
<br />Marion County, Oregon, said land being described as follows -
<br />Parcel 3, Partition Plat 2016-49, as platted and recorded in the Marion County Book of
<br />Partition Plats, Oregon, containing 121.36 acres of land, more or less. The Initial Point
<br />for this subdivision plat is marked by a 518-inch iron rod with yellow plastic cap stamped
<br />"WILSON PLS 2687" at the most Northerly northeast corner of said Parcel 3.
<br />As per O.R.S. 92.070 (2), the post monumentation of the remaining monuments within
<br />this subdivision will be accomplished within 90 calendar days following the completion of
<br />improvements, or within 2 years following the original plat recording, which ever comes
<br />first, in accordance with O.R.S. 92.060 (5).

<br />Department of Administrative Services and Oregon Corrections Enterprises, a
<br />semi-independent agency of the State of Oregon, being the owners of the property
<br />described in the Surveyor's Certificate hereon made and desiring to dispose of the
<br />same In lots, has caused the same to be subdivided and surveyed, in accordance with
<br />ORS Chapter 92. We hereby dedicate the streets and right of way as shown to the
<br />public forever. We hereby grant the easements as shown- We hereby extinguish the

<br />Corporate Center lying within the limits of this plat. We hereby extinguish a portion of
