<br />Monuments f ound at positions A, E, and F were held to establish three of
<br />the
<br />outside boundary corners.
<br />The monument f ound at position E was destroyed by a neighbors f ence building
<br />procedures sometime between the time of my boundary surveying on 6-24-20
<br />and now. Because of this fence construction the found location of monument E
<br />could not physically be reset, Therefore monuments were set northerly
<br />and
<br />westerly 1.00' of this previously found location of monumet E as shown in
<br />Detail B
<br />The monument found at position C was badly bent.
<br />The line of the north boundary, the south line of Glenwood Drive SE, was
<br />held as
<br />the line between found monuments at positions A and B. A monument was
<br />then
<br />set at position C at the record distance from the monument found at
<br />postion B according to P,P. 2005-44,
<br />The basis of bearing is the south line of Glenwood Drive as shown in P.P.
