<br />IN PAR 2017-01.
<br />RETRACED THE NORTH BOUNDARY USING MONUMENTS "E3" & "E1" SET IN MCSR 37003
<br />AND HELD THEM FOR MY BASIS OF BEARING.
<br />THE SOUTH BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING MONUMENTS "A" & "B", WHICH
<br />PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED THE LINE IN MCSR 17915, BUT WERE CALLED OFF IN MCSR 33478.
<br />1 HELD THE MONUMENTS FROM MCSR 17915 AS THE ORIGINAL MONUMENTED LINE
<br />BETWEEN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AND PARCELS 1 & 2 TO THE SOUTH AS SHOWN IN MCSR
<br />17915 TO AVOID A GAP IN THE LINE AS WAS SHOWN IN MCSR 33478 WHICH DID NOT SET
<br />THIS CORNER.
<br />THE LOCATION OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER AS SET IN MCSR 37003, AND SOUTHWEST
<br />CORNER "B" SET IN MCSR 17915, WERE HELD TO ESTABLISH THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE
<br />SUBJECT PROPERTY. THE CENTERLINE MONUMENTS ARE SHOWN AS TIED AND USED TO
<br />CONFIRM THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE BOUNDARY.
