THIS PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT IS MARION PLANNING <br />PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT CASE NO. 22-021. <br />AS PER CONDITION NUMBER TWO OF MARION COUNTY PLANNING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT CASE NO. 22-021, A RE -PLAT (IN THE FORM <br />OF A PARTITION PLAT) IS RECORD OF THE PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT. <br />THE BASIS OF BEARINGS OF THIS PARTITION PLAT IS THE RECORD BEARING BETWEEN MONUMENTS Z AND Y, AS PER MARION COUNTY <br />RECORDED PARTITION PLAT 2022-21. MONUMENTS WERE SURVEYED WITH ALL FOUND MONUMENTS APPEARING TO BE IN THEIR ORIGINALLY <br />SURVEYED POSITION. CALCULATED LINES ARE THE EXTENSION OF LINES PASSING THROUGH TWO SURVEYED MONUMENTS. THESE <br />CALCULATED LINES ARE THE EXTENSIONS OF PARCEL LINES ONTO SUNNYVIEW ROAD NE. THIS SURVEY FOUND THE PREVIOUSLY SET <br />MONUMENTS TO BE SET AS PER THE RECORD PARTITION PLAT INFORMATION. THERE ARE NO GAPS OR OVERLAPS BETWEEN THE TWO <br />ADJOINING PARCELS AND THE CENTERLINE OF SUNNYVIEW ROAD NE CAN BE RECREATED IN THE SAME LOCATION FROM EITHER RECORDED <br />PARTITION PLAT INFORMATION AND MONUMENTATION. <br />THE SOUTHERN MONUMENT OF THE PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT WAS SET ON THE COMMON LINE BETWEEN THE TWO PARCELS, <br />PROPORTIONALLY ALONG THE OVERALL MEASURED DISTANCE, 0.01 FEET WITHIN THE RECORD DISTANCE.
