The basis of bearings <br />for this survey is between found monuments "H" and "L" as shown on <br />09 Marion County Survey 37325, said monuments were also held for the <br />� �� LOT 17 North line of the subjectproperty. The north right-of-way of Balm <br />, J 9 Y <br />LOT18 Street South was established by holding found monuments "B", "D", <br />and "H" as the centerline of said right-of-way and g y offsetting 25 <br />_ feet.
