<br />The purpose of this survey was to show the Property Line Adjustment
<br />and consolidation of Lots 5 and 6 of Laurel Crossing, as recorded in
<br />SCALE /N FEET Volume H48, Page 49, Marion County Book of Town Plats, as
<br />L1 "=30' approved by City of Salem Planning Case No. PLA 22-12, and to
<br />G� monument the Southwest corner of said Lot 5. The basis of bearings
<br />for this survey is between found monuments "H" and "L" as shown on
<br />09 Marion County Survey 37325, said monuments were also held for the
<br />� �� LOT 17 North line of the subjectproperty. The north right-of-way of Balm
<br />, J 9 Y
<br />LOT18 Street South was established by holding found monuments "B", "D",
<br />and "H" as the centerline of said right-of-way and g y offsetting 25
<br />_ feet. The West line of the subject property was established by holding
<br />LOT 16-found monument "K" and prorated distance between found
<br />LOT 19 monuments "E" and "A".
