<br />THE WEST BOUNDARY WAS RESOLVED BY HOLDING THE MONUMENTS "D" & "B" FOR THE LINE ALONG THE EAST RIGHT OF
<br />WAY OF ABRAMS AVENUE AND MONUMENT "B" WAS FOUND TO BE 0.35' SHORT OF THE CALCULATED SOUTH
<br />RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF JANE DRIVE NE, PER THE RECORD INFORMATION OF P.P. 2006-009. MONUMENT "C" WAS FOUND
